Refund policy

At Miss Romantique,  we want you to love every purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility:

We accept returns on items that meet the following criteria:
  • Customer must have applied for a return within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products are unused & unworn, in its original packaging. 
  • Item is damaged, faulty, or does not match the description.
  • Final Sale items (such as limited drops, personalized items, and items marked as non-returnable) are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly marked in the product description.

2. How to Return an Item:

We’ve made returns easier with our self-serve return system. To request a return, simply:
  1. Log in to your account using the email address you used at checkout.
  2. You’ll receive a one-time login code via email.
  3. Once logged in, go to your Order History and select the order/items you wish to return.
  4. Click “Return Item” next to the applicable item(s).
  5. Your request will be automatically added to the return queue.
  6. Once reviewed, you will receive a return shipping label and QR Code via email.
  7. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return label costs unless stated otherwise! 

3. Refund Process:

Once I have receive and inspected the returned item(s), I will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your refund has been approved and issued.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note:
  • Processing times: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. 

4. Exchanges:

We now offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please apply that in self serve.

5. Cancellations:

We will try my best to cancel an order but once an order is processed or shipped, it may not be able to be cancelled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info.missromantique.com.
